The No Big Bend Wall Coalition
The threat to the Big Bend Region - from Ft. Quitman to Amistad - is real. Big Bend National Park, Seminole Canyon and Big Bend Ranch State Parks and more are in scope for Custom & Border Protection's "Smart Wall". Private landowners are threatened with eminent domain and more. No Big Bend Wall (NBBW) has been working tirelessly since February to stop the work and ensure future generations will be afforded the same opportunity as we are to treasure this amazing, singular part of the world.
NBBW is a community coalition focused on public education, transparency in federal decision-making, cultural and environmental resource protection, landowner rights, and due process in response to the proposed wall and other barriers in Big Bend.They are a fast-growing, advocacy-focused group with a diverse range of stakeholders including landowners, conservationists, tour guides and river outfitters, archaeologists, artists, park enthusiasts, policy experts, and more.

Big Bend Business Alliance
Most of the businesses in the Big Bend Sector/ Rio Grande Corridor are opposed to the Wall/ Wire/ Barrier construction. They have created this document to help visitors (and residents) know which businesses are not servicing Contractors or other "wall"-related entities.
